Transport Manager Lookup Credits

Transport Manager lookup credits are used to open confirmed matched records. The full-name check itself is free, and a credit option can appear only after the search has returned a genuine exact-name match.

A credit does not turn a name match into identity verification. The opened information has its own information date and should be assessed alongside other appropriate checks.

One credit opens one confirmed matched record

After a genuine exact-name match, you may choose to use one credit to open the matched Transport Manager record. The opened record may show the matched person's display name and the source information date.

It may also show one or more appointment rows. Each visible row is limited to the appointment fields listed below.

• Operator name
• Operator licence number
• Licence type and recorded licence status
• Traffic area or region
• Authorised vehicle count

Credit packs are one-off purchases

Credit packs are not subscriptions. The available packs are one-off purchases, with no recurring plan attached to them.

Credits attach to the browser used for checkout. Stripe hosts card entry, and OperatorLicenceCheck.co.uk does not collect card details.

No match stays a neutral no-result

If the full-name check returns no genuine exact-name match, the result is a neutral no-result state.

The no-match state does not present credits, prices, payment, checkout or language suggesting that information is being withheld. Check another spelling or full name only if you have a reason to do so.

A same-name record still needs checking

An exact-name match means that the searched full name corresponds with a name represented in the source snapshot. It does not establish identity. Different people can share the same name.

It also does not prove a current appointment, CPC status, good repute or suitability for a particular operator. Compare the visible appointment details with independently obtained information before relying on the record for recruitment, appointment or compliance work.

Use an opened record as source context

The opened record does not show private addresses, operating centres, directors, contact details, CPC documents, good-repute information or private profile data.

Its appointment rows are source snapshot information. They do not prove identity, a current appointment, CPC status, good repute or suitability, and opening a record does not establish that someone presently fulfils the recognised Transport Manager role.
