Recover purchased credits

Request a recovery link

Enter the email address used at Stripe Checkout. For privacy, the response is the same whether or not an eligible wallet exists. The link expires after 30 minutes and can be used once.

You must open the link and confirm in this same browser, which must still have an empty credit wallet. If it already contains a purchase, credits, a viewed record or an active checkout, automatic recovery will be refused.
